FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.    How will I be charged for access to the library?

Ans. You will be charged a one-time fee of US$99 for immediate access to all the books and the courses currently available. If paying by credit card or PayPal, your nominated payment method will be automatically deducted from once a month to continue your access to the training.

2.    How do I access the library of books?

Ans. The first time you click to enroll/purchase, the Ruth's Online Library, you will need to sign up and create your own login details. As soon as you have paid for your membership, you will have full access. 

You will need to log in with your own log in details each time you access your library. It is recommended that you save the the Ruth's Online Library, link to your favourites so that it is easy to find next time. You will also be sent a welcome email with the link to your member's area for reference.

Manual Enrollments

If you paid via local bank transfer, we will manually enroll you. Once we manually enroll you, you will get an email from Teachable or the Authorpreneur Secrets Academy saying "Redeem Your Copy of Ruth's Online Library."

Click on the link to confirm your email, follow the instructions and create your password or use the one provided and change it later. We use the email you provide us with to manually enroll you.

3.  What if I am an existing Teachable User

Once you have paid for membership access, use the same username and password to log in.

4.    Do I get access to all of the books immediately, or is it drip-released?

Ans. We are starting the club with 15 books and the Design to Win course. We will gradually add more of Ruth's books and new releases. You get immediate upfront access to all content available at this point.  

 5.    Can I just read all the books in one go and then cancel my membership right away?

Ans. Although this is not encouraged, Yes. Refunds are only provided in the first 30 days.

6.    Will I get the new books in the future at no extra cost?

Ans. Yes. Once you remain in the book club, you will get new books at no extra cost.
